When something Clicks

Does it happen to you? Do you also make pictures or images about the future. It happens to me all the time. If I think of something (obviously not about work) such as the future and I can see the picture clear in my mind...It Clicks and I am game for it. Game enough to stand at the alter and say Yes.

Now that should be a good thing, right? I mean, you would be thinking "Wow !! now this girl knows how to make up her mind". Well...Yes, that's right. But the sad part is that at times in life I had to let go things because the picture didn't click. I have said Goodbye to one of the dearest relations of my life with Mr. India...because it didnt click.

But on the positive side, its only because it didnt click with Mr. India did I find Superman.

Now you would be wondering if this story is sad or happy....well bottom line is that there is no good without bad (remember Ying and Yang, Salt and pepper)...so there is no happiness without sorrow.

Back in college, I was in love with Mr. India. He was my best friend, my soul mate. I just loved talking to him about crushes, friends, flings... We were always over the phone discussing hypothetical issues. I still remember how we solved Data interpretation (CAT stuff) questions over mails.

Well, this went on for long. Over the years I met Mr India hardly a couple of times. Meeting him was sure exciting but a tedious task. Most of the time he was in far away cities running behind bad man Mogambo, or helping poor kids with their meals. Whenever he was in town, I had to ensure that nobody caught me meeting him, I could see him only for sometime. I was getting bored, rather desperate for some real action.
I needed to see the real world. The world of colors and not just red glasses.

And that is when I met Superman. Superman introduces me to the whole new world of Krypton (I know its destroyed...but parts remain) and the best part was that he could fly!!

Its now time for me to say Goodbye to Mr. India. He asks me 'we were so good together, why cant we work" and all I say is 'coz, it dosnt click"

After all how can you capture Mr. India in a picture (he is invisible, right :))
